Name and party changes may be made by sending a signed, written statement to the Supervisor of Elections Office including birth date or voter ID number. Any updates, including signatures and political party affiliation, can be made by completing and signing a voter registration application and returning it to the Supervisor of Elections Office.
All new voter registration applications received by mail must be postmarked by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 18 in order to be valid for the November 8, 2016 General Election.
