SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE LETTERS:

• Letters will be sent to residents as we receive the data from Tidal Basin, the State-contracted inspectors.
• A small portion of data has been received and letters began going out last week.
• Total Redington Shores Damage Determination Letters Processed: 254
• Total Redington Beach Damage Determination Letters Processed: 151

• In person assistance is available from 8:30am to 4pm (unless stated otherwise) at Redington Shores Town Hall at 17425 Gulf Boulevard.

PERMITTING UPDATE:

• We have added 3 additional Permit Technicians from Tidal Basin to assist our staff.
• Demolition Permits Processed (post-hurricane) – 241

INSPECTIONS UPDATE:

• Total number of demolition inspections completed – 480
