SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE LETTERS:

• Letters will be sent to residents as we receive the data from Tidal Basin, the State-contracted inspectors.
• Total Damage Determination Letters Sent: 0

BUILDING PERMITS AND FEES:

• Homeowners cannot apply for permits online.
• In person assistance is available from 8am to 4pm (unless stated otherwise) at Redington Shores Town Hall at 17425 Gulf Boulevard.

PERMITTING UPDATE:

• We have added 3 additional Permit Technicians from Tidal Basin to assist our staff.
• Demolition Permits Processed (post-hurricane) – 195

INSPECTIONS UPDATE:

• Total number of demolition inspections completed – 377
