If your address is NOT on the list, your letter has not been sent:

We receive the data for letters from Tidal Basin. It takes us approximately 2 days to process the data and prepare the letter for mailing.

If you disagree with the pre-storm value of your home:

You can visit the Pinellas County Property Appraiser’s Office to request a Pre-Storm Building Value Reconsideration (BVR) at https://www.pcpao.gov/how-do-i/request-bvr

If you disagree with the Substantial Improvement – Substantial Damage estimate:

You may contact the Building Department to:

  • Request a Substantial Damage Reinspection and/or
  • Provide actual costs to repair completely to pre-disaster condition by submitting:
    • A complete estimate from a licensed contractor, or
    • A detailed breakdown of labor and materials – substantiated by an approved construction estimation publication
