NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING AND ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION
Notice is given that on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., the Redington Shores Commission will convene a special meeting for the purpose of allowing the Town Attorney, at the special meeting, to advise the Commission that he or she desires advice from the Commission concerning the pending case of Sunset Properties I, II, III and IV vs. Redington Shores, case no. 16-7726-CI. Immediately thereafter, pursuant to Florida Statutes § 286.011(8), the Commission will close the meeting to the public and convene an attorney client session, the subject matter of which will be confined to settlement negotiations or strategy related to litigation expenditures. The entire session shall be recorded by a certified court reporter. The names of persons who will be attending the session are: Mayor Erin Schoos, Commissioners Doug Harr, CJ Hoyt, Larry Maynard, and Ken Smith, Town Manager Margaret Carey, and attorney Robert Eschenfelder, and a Certified Court Reporter. The estimated length of the attorney-client session is 30 minutes. At the conclusion of the attorney-client session, the meeting will be reopened, and the Mayor will announce the termination of the session.
