Educational Property Tax Town Hall

October 26 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Community members are invited to attend an Educational Property Tax Town Hall focused on understanding Amendment 3 and the impact of property taxes in our communities. This informative public event will provide residents with an opportunity to learn more about the proposed amendment, gain a better understanding of property tax issues, and receive clear, factual information before casting their vote. Attendees will be encouraged to ask questions, engage in the discussion, and become better informed about what will appear on their ballot.

The town hall will be held on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Indian Shores Municipal Center, 4th Floor Community Room – 19305 Gulf Boulevard, and is open to all members of the public.

The event is presented by Florida State Representative Kimberly Berfield, Chief Lee Ann Holroyd of the Indian Shores Police Department, and the Town of Indian Shores. Residents are encouraged to attend, learn about the potential effects of Amendment 3, and participate in an open conversation about the future of local property taxation.
