2. Discuss single response to RFP and Commissioner Herig request to landscapers
3. Thank you email to go out to all volunteers for the picnic

NEW BUSINESS

1. Possible next steps while waiting for landscaping to begin:
   1. Review LDU funds priorities
      1. Update signage (on hold for Commission direction on logo)
      2. Bus stop shelters
      3. Uniform beach access and equipment (trash cans, etc.)
   2. “Grand Opening” once the Nature Park has been relandscaped
   3. Possible spring gathering
   4. Other ideas

1. How many projects can PAR keep in process at one time?
