   1. Assignments for calls to volunteers
   2. PAR members times and stations
   3. Requests to Commissioners to volunteer- Vol. forms/Tshirt hand out/Check-in table
   4. Additional volunteer names may come from Town
   5. Suggestions for entertainment (children and/or adult) should go to Jolie
   6. Remaining/any additional calls for business raffle donations and food donations
   7. Requests to borrow simple yard games (corn hole, horseshoes, shuffleboard equip.)
2. Landscape Architect RFP/Q
3. Website has been updated to reflect PAR membership accurately

1. Drafts of signage for comment by PAR for Commission
