Hello to the Redington Shores Community,
As many of you know, we have been working on a post-Hurricane Idalia sand dune refurbishment project with Pinellas County. For the necessary repairs to be completed to our sand dune system temporary construction easements, lasting three (3) years, must be completed by the applicable property owner.
As you can see below, we have secured these necessary easements for thirteen (13) properties, but we need to secure the additional ones listed to have enough defined segments for the project to be completed here in Redington Shores. Without these additional easements the project WILL NOT take place in our community, placing our community in danger of future storm surges.
For those of you that have already submitted your easements for this project, we thank you. For anyone that may have further questions about this project, or are in need of the easement package in order to sign and notarize the form, please do not hesitate to contact me either in person at Town Hall, by calling me at 727-397-5538, or by emailing me at [email protected].
