NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Redington Shores’ Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public hearing at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, in the Commission Chambers at Redington Shores Town Hall, 17425 Gulf Blvd, Redington Shores, Florida to consider the following:
ORDINANCE 2026-03
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF REDINGTON SHORES, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE TOWN OF REDINGTON SHORES COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, PURSUANT TO THE EVALUATION AND APPRAISAL PROCESS OF SECTION 163.3191, FLORIDA STATUTES, AND THE AMENDMENT PROCESS OF SECTION 163.3184, FLORIDA STATUTES, ADOPTING NEW GOALS, OBJECTIVES, AND POLICIES, AND MAPS AS PRESENTED HEREIN BELOW; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The purpose of this hearing is to review and provide a recommendation on the proposed amendments prior to consideration by the Town Commission. Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance.
Copies of the of the Ordinance and related materials are available for public inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office, Redington Shores Town Hall, 17425 Gulf Blvd, Redington Shores, Florida, during regular business hours (8:30 am – 4:00 pm), Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays, or on the Town’s website at https://townofredingtonshores.com.
