NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
TOWN OF REDINGTON SHORES
PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 166.041(3)(a) Florida Statutes, that the Town of Redington Shores Planning and Zoning Board will hold public hearings on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at Town of Redington Shores City Hall, 17425 Gulf Blvd. Redington Shores, Florida or as soon thereafter as the issue may be heard; AND,
Please accept this notice that the Town of Redington Shores will hold public hearings on the dates and times specified above to consider the following:
PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A SITE PLAN APPLICATION FOR FIVE SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCES IN THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ZONE.
PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A SITE PLAN APPLICATION FOR A SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE IN THE RS-10 ZONE.
PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A SITE PLAN APPLICATION FOR A TWO-FAMILY RESIDENCE IN THE RD-15 ZONE.
All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard. Copies of the proposed Ordinances are maintained at the Town of Redington Shores City Hall and may be reviewed by the public between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays, exclusive of holidays.
If any person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at such meeting, such person will need a record of the proceedings made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
